A medical wire having a forward end member with a proximal end and a distal end that are electrically conductive wire material in a coil shape, an electrically conductive pusher wire connected to the proximal end of the forward end member, and a member for deployment in the body, connected to the distal end of the forward end member with a thermally soluble connection member in between, the member for deployment in the body being separated when the connection member is heated by an electric current. The coil wire of the forward end member include a portion where the coil wire is not in intimate contact with a neighboring coil wire section, and has at least two or more different pitches. The medical wire has a safety wire positioned inside the coil winding of the forward end member and extended between the proximal end and the distal end to connect both ends of the forward end member. |
