A jig apparatus for assembling a roll is provided to easily assemble the bearings with upper and lower parts of the roll or disassemble the bearings from the upper and lower parts by clamping the roll and rotating the roll up to an angle of 360 degrees when performing a disassembling or assembling operation of a roll and bearings. A jig apparatus for assembling a roll comprises: a drive motor(210) which is fixed to an upper part of one side of a base(110), and of which a motor shaft(215) is driven according as an external power is applied to the drive motor; a drive shaft(220) rotationally driven by transmitting drive force of the drive motor to the drive shaft through a motor drive part for transmitting power; a clamp part(300) including a rotary shaft(320) to which rotary power of the drive shaft is optionally transmitted by a clutching unit such that the rotary shaft is rotatable, and a fixed clamp(310) of which a lower part is fixed onto a top face of the base, and which is formed on one side face of an end portion of the rotary shaft and comes in contact with a portion of an outer periphery of a roll(R); and a holding part(400) having a moving clamp(410) rotatably installed on an upper part thereof correspondingly to the fixed clamp of the clamp part, wherein the holding part is movable horizontally by a sliding unit installed on a top face of the base.
