The building has precast modules and a core is formed as a part of a slim longitudinally extending structure (1) with multi-level courses. The multi-level courses are lying one upon the other and modules (4) are individually hanged on the structure projecting from both sides of flat sides. The modules in the projecting side walls have a truss structure with upper chord (7), lower chord (8), diagonal strut (11) and vertical connectors (9,10). A static train connection is provided between the upper chord and the structure.
