A guillotine-type cutter apparatus is provided to reduce the friction force with a side guide by inclining left/right edges from the normal of a slider, thereby preventing the height of the device from lifting. A guillotine-type cutter apparatus comprises a fixing blade(110), a driving blade(130), guides, a driving unit, a base(100) for fixing the fixing blade, and a slider(120). The fixing blade has a cutting surface vertically installed to an object to be cut, and a cutting line parallel to the object to be cut. The driving blade is inclined to the fixing blade with a first predetermined angle, and has the cutting surface corresponding to the cutting surface of the fixing blade. The guides guide the driving blade to a second predetermined angle for the normal of the fixing blade on the cutting surface. The driving unit lifts the driving blade in the guiding range of the guides. The slider reciprocates toward the second predetermined angle for the normal of the fixing blade to be guided by the guides, and fixes the driving blade. |
