A one-touch cap attached with an up-pull tab for a bottle or a can is provided to facilitate opening by pressing a cut line by vertically setting up and turning over a ring of the up-pull tab and then cutting the cut line by pulling the ring. A cap for a glass bottle or a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottle(10) includes a can lid, a spiral cap opened by turning, a press type cap opened by using an opener, and a one-touch cap opened by lifting up a knob of a tab(100) fixed to the cap and pressing an opening hole cut line(80) by the end of the tab. The one-touch cap attached with an up-pull tab is composed of: irregular curve formed at the opening hole cut line, a fixing rivet(90) of the up-pull tab, and both sides of the cut line formed on the upper side of the spiral cap and press type cap of the glass or PET bottle and the can cap; the up-pull tab installed on the upper side; and a rivet hole, a tap ring, and a tap end portion fixed to the rivet disposed on the upper side.
