A structure for supporting a torsion bar arm for a cap tilting type truck is provided to reduce resistance from being generated by rotating a roller installed at a support bracket while allowing a free end of the torsion bar arm to be in linear contact with the roller. A structure for supporting a torsion bar arm for a cap tilting type truck comprises a lower cap hinge bracket(11) fixed to the front portion of two opposite side members(10), and an upper cap hinge bracket(16) fixed to the front portion of a rear chamber(15). The lower cap hinge bracket is coupled with the upper cap hinge bracket through a hinge shaft(17). A pair of torsion bars(20a,20b) are installed between the lower and upper cap hinge brackets and the rear chamber while facing each other. A free end of the torsion bar arm is supported by a supporter installed below the rear chamber. The supporter comprises a support bracket(125) and a roller(127). The support bracket is fixed to the lower portion of the rear chamber such that the support bracket moves frontward and backward.
