The device has a parallelopiped-shaped box (1), whose upper surface is open and inclined downward toward a front. The upper surface is closed by a filtering grille (5) that is in contact with a lip to take off water film which runs while remaining film hangs by capillarity. The grille is mounted in support with sides of the box. The box is provided with two interior partitions delimiting an arrival chamber (A) and a pumping chamber (P) and creating an edge that goes up from the front to the back and finishes at a convergence point.
