<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive wave generation circuit for generating the drive wave of a piezoelectric element effectively. <P>SOLUTION: Drive pulse DRIVE is counted by a drive counter 14. Predetermined number of outputs of basic waveform from a basic waveform generation circuit 10 are counted by 200 period counter 12 and that count is subtracted from the drive counter 14. When the value of the drive counter 14 is larger than an initial value, a drive wave is output from an output gate 20. An output state signal ACTIVE input externally through a serial I/F 50 is stored in a register 44, and a drive wave is output from the output gate 20 under a state where the ACTIVE is turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
