PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device, a video display system and a control program for easily acquiring contents relevant to specific contents.

SOLUTION: Display elements corresponding to relevancy matched with a display configuration change index for changing at least one display configurations among a plurality of display elements or relevancy which is the closest to a display configuration change index are displayed so as to be enhanced more than the other display elements. Acquisition information for acquiring contents related to the specific contents is associated with each of a plurality of display elements. The information display device acquires content relating to the specific contents from a network based on the acquisition information associated with the selected display elements according to an instruction input.
