RUPTURE CONTROL METHOD OF TEAR LINE AND TEAR LINE FOR AIRBAG DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rupture control method for skin rupture of a tear line of an airbag in an ideal pattern when deploying an airbag, and a tear line for an airbag of this embodiment.

SOLUTION: The skin rupture strength of each part of a tear line is relatively differentiated by selecting a cut pattern and cut frequency of the tear line machining in each part of a tear line for an airbag. The center line has a shape extended to both sides from the crossing parts with a pair of side lines. A specific part is formed by combining a linear cut part intermittently included with the depth reaching a part near the skin layer and a dotted cut part with the depth reaching the thickness part of the skin layer.
