<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector device for enabling a neutral state of an inner case to be easily confirmed regardless of the number of flat cables. <P>SOLUTION: When the inner case 21 of the rotating connector device 1 is in the neutral state, an inverter 3a in one of the flat cables 3-6 reaches a position of a visible window 25.
