PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional stability, particularly the axial dimensional stability of a fluid bearing device having resin portion. SOLUTION: The resin portion 11 is oriented axially at the outer periphery of a metal portion 10. In general, the orientation dimensional stability of resin is superior to that of the direction that intersects with the orientation perpendicularly. Thus, by orienting the resin portion 11 in the axial direction, the dimensional stability in the axial direction of the bearing member 9 can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
