PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a synthetic resin laminated product which keeps a surface layer comprising a sheetlike surface material overlaid with a base material made of a synthetic resin to be integrated by causing no thickness reduction or breaking of the sheetlike surface material. SOLUTION: When the leading end part (C) of a male mold (12) is brought into contact with the contact part (D) of the sheetlike surface material (21) under pressure, the temperature of the contact part (D) of the sheetlike surface material (21) gradually lowers by the heat gradient between the male mold (12) and the contact part (D) of the sheetlike surface material (21) and the contact part (D) is not further directly heated by a heating fluid (B). Furthermore, the jet direction of the heating fluid (B) is changed to the outer edge part of the sheetlike surface material (21) from the central part thereof by fluid guide surfaces (30 and 31). When the temperature of the contact part (D) of the sheetlike surface material (21) lowers to a predetermined temperature and the tensile force of the contact part (D) is increased to a predetermined value, the male mold (12) is allowed to fall to a predetermined speed and the molding of the sheetlike surface material (21) is performed.
