<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber member that is capable of stable image formation, is less likely to cause problems such as void, and is a single layer substantially and electrically. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive rubber member includes: a conductive rubber layer in which a conductivity imparting agent is blended in a rubber base material to render the rubber base material conductive; and a surface processing layer formed by impregnating the surface layer of the conductive elastic layer with a surface processing liquid containing an isocyanate compound. In the conductive rubber member, a curved line drawn by a Cole Cole plot representing relationships between an impedance Z(Ω) when an AC voltage of predetermined frequency is applied, a resistance component Zr(Ω) calculated from a phase difference (θ) and a capacity reactance component Zc(Ω) is in the shape of an approximately single arc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
