PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device whose size is reduced so as to be almost one fifth as large as the conventional one, and whose costs are reduced, and to provide a high frequency receiver using this mixing device. SOLUTION: A mixing circuit 332 is configured of M mixers 371 to 375 to whose one inputs an input terminal 332a is respectively connected, and a ring oscillation circuit 433 is configured of 2M inverters 451 to 470 serially connected like a ring, wherein the balanced input of oscillation signals whose phases are shifted only by (-Kπ/M) radian to be output from the K-th (K is a natural number to be successively added one by one from 1 to M) inverter and oscillation signals whose phases are shifted only by (-(M+K)π/M) radian to be output from the (M+K)th inverter to the other input of the Kth mixer is performed in balance, and a shift unit having the phase shift quantity of (-2π+Kπ/M) radian is installed between the output of the Kth mixer and the output terminal.
