摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting/cutting device where the velocity deviation between the moving velocity of a slab, i.e., a moving velocity control command to a hydraulic apparatus and the moving velocity of a hydraulic shear is made the minimum. SOLUTION: A hydraulic apparatus controlling means 200 is provided with a dead zone compensating means 30 outputting a deviation with a moving velocity detected value to a moving velocity control command of a hydraulic shear 13 equivalent to the running velocity of a slab 4 at a prescribed delay time. The dead zone compensating means 30 creates a deviation between the moving velocity control demand SPD-R of the hydraulic shear 13 equivalent to the running velocity of the slab 4 and the moving velocity SPD-F of the hydraulic shear 13 at a comparison section 30a, the deviation is inputted to a dead zone compensating section 30b, is passed through a proportional control section 30c of performing proportional control, and is output to a hysteresis compensating section 30d. Hysteresis compensation is added to the change of the output, and an unmatched amount between the moving velocity of the slab 4 and the moving velocity of the hydraulic shear 13 is suppressed to the minimum.
