PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe capable of facilitating the rolling motion in walking without preventing the rolling motion. SOLUTION: The shoe 10 comprises a sole part 20 and an upper body part 30 with a top-line part 31. The sole part comprises a heel part 21, an arch part 22, a stepping part 23 and a toe part 24. A dividing part 50a for dividing the stepping part, etc. is formed on the sole surface, and a heel-side anti-slip part 21c is formed in the rear end of the heel part. A stepping bending part 23a for facilitating the bending of the stepping part is formed in the stepping part, and a stepping anti-slip part 23c is formed in a part of the stepping bending part 23a.
