PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for easily examining the attaching state of each electrode in a low-frequency therapeutic device with a pad with a plurality of electrodes. SOLUTION: The low-frequency therapeutic device includes two pads, each of which has a plurality of electrodes. The low-frequency therapeutic device outputs an electric current in one system via the plurality of electrodes. The low-frequency therapeutic device includes an attaching state examining means for switching combinations of electrodes to be electrified one after another while outputting the electric current for examination, and examining the attaching state of each electrode based on the state of electrification between the pads for each combination.
