PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic operation assisting tool capable of instantaneously presenting the time distribution of an operation or the like optimum for a customer corresponding to the condition of the skin of a person to be operated on, and a cosmetic operation method using the same. SOLUTION: The assisting tool to be used for the cosmetic operation of performing an activation operation for activating the skin, an adjustment operation for adjusting the active state of the skin and a maintenance operation for maintaining the active state of the skin to the person to be operated on in the order as a series of operations comprises: an inquiry chart 110 displaying a plurality of items indicating symptoms appearing in the case that the activation function of the skin is damaged, in the case that the adjusting function of the active state of the skin is damaged and in the case that the maintaining function of the active state of the skin is damaged; a PC 111 set so as to calculate the time distribution of activation operation time, adjustment operation time and maintenance operation time optimum for the person to be operated on when an answer result obtained by making the person to be operated on answer to the pertinent items of the inquiry 110 is inputted prior to the operation; a screen 114 for displaying the result; and a printer 112.
