<p>The vehicle heating device has a pipe line, cooling fins (110), a heading section, a cooling water inlet, a cooling water outlet, and a carbon fiber heating element module, which is inserted in a heating core assembly and is provided with multiple carbon fibers. The carbon fiber heating element module has a housing and multiple carbon fibers, which are supported and used within the housing to place a positive electrode and a negative electrode. An insulating plate is arranged between the housing and the carbon fibers to cover the outer part of the carbon fiber. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing vehicle heating device.</p> |
