A data transmission method in which first data is sent in a first mobile radio cell and second data in a second mobile radio cell. The first data are sent using a frequency band according to a first specified time pattern and the second data using a frequency band according to a second specified time pattern, in which the first time pattern and the second time pattern are formed so that the first data are sent only at time points at which the second data are not sent.
