An open magnetic-circuit laminated coil component (1) with improved DC superimposing characteristic has a coil (L) formed by laminating conductor patterns (5) for coil and ceramic sheets together. The ceramic sheets include a first ceramic sheet and a third ceramic sheet (4) having a lower magnetic permeability than the first ceramic sheet. In a cross-section of the coil (L) including the coil axis, the third ceramic sheet (4) is formed so as to straddle two or more conductor patterns (5) for coil adjacent to each other in the laminating direction.
