The mechanically stable porous membrane (1) for the separation of particle and/or fluid drop from gases or fluids, comprises a mechanically stable porous layer (2), which is produced by a membrane manufacturing process and which consists of large pores (B), arranged along a side of the porous membrane, which is formed from a monolayer or a thin layer made of small functional pores (A) that are uniform and possess a size that corresponds to the later separation task. The functional- and large pores are interconnected with one another for allowing the passage of materials through them. The mechanically stable porous membrane (1) for the separation of particle and/or fluid drop from gases or fluids, comprises a mechanically stable porous layer (2), which is produced by a membrane manufacturing process and which consists of large pores (B), arranged along a side of the porous membrane, which is formed from a monolayer or a thin layer made of small functional pores (A) that are uniform and that possess a size that corresponds to the later separation task. The functional- and large pores are interconnected with one another for allowing the passage of materials through the pores. The thickness of the porous membrane is less than the diameter of the functional pores, which have a pore size of 500-30 nm. The co-produced mechanically stable porous layer has a layer thickness of two-thirds of the diameter of the large pores. The layer thickness on both sides of the porous membrane has same or different magnitude. In the case of one-sided arrangement of the stable porous layer, the porous membrane possesses a boundary layer roughness below the pore size of the respective functional pores. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of a mechanically stable porous membrane.
|
