<p>An automobile e.g. sports car has a two-part rigid roof with a front small section separated from the large rear section at a point just behind the front seats. The front section may slide rearwards over the large rear section. The large section rearmost extremity is linked by pivots to the back end of the car waistline. When the front section is open, the entire roof assembly may be lowered at the leading edge to the horizontal presentation.</p> |
