A remote monitoring/controlling system of PLC(Power Line Communication)-based farming and fishing facilities and a method therefor are provided to enable a remote monitoring/controlling terminal to transmit data to a data concentration device without errors, when the data of a PLC network is transmitted, so that the data concentration device can transmit the data to an integrated monitoring/controlling unit without errors of the stream of the data. A remote monitoring/controlling terminal(10) is equipped with a processor for outputting information applied through a monitoring port and a measurement port and a control command received through a control port. A data concentration device(20) enables data of the terminal to be stored in a data processor(22) through a PLC modem(21). An integrated monitoring/controlling unit(30) has a data display(33) for displaying monitored data and a server(32) for applying a data signal inputted/outputted through the device. The data display outputs measured data and the monitored data to the outside.
