<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch electricity application correctly even if noise is superimposed on a signal for detecting a rotor position. <P>SOLUTION: In response to an interruption request generated every time when an edge is detected by a position sensor 3, this controller 1 executes processing for detecting the rotor position of a brushless motor 2 at a positional information acquiring section 12. The controller 1 further comprises an interruption request control section 11. After the lapse of an inhibiting time during which measurement is started by means of a timer at a section 31 for determining the elapse of sensor signal variation detection inhibiting time when a drive signal is outputted to an inverter circuit 4, the interruption request control section 11 clears the interruption request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
