<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which is made more compact by reducing the mounting area of an organic EL display while attaining desired color display and gray-scale control. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL display device having different light emitting elements of R, G, and B is provided with a converting means of converting one input digital display data into different output digital display data of R, G, and B.
