<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveyance device designed such that developer such as toner is prevented from remaining attached to an end of a conveyance passage, without increasing the number of components, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The developer conveyance device includes: a conveyance passage formation member 2 that has a cylindrical conveyance passage 20; and a screw member 3 that has a rotation shaft 30 rotated around the axial line L of the conveyance passage 20 and a spiral stirring vane 31 disposed on the rotation shaft 30, rotates within the conveyance passage 20, thereby conveying toner from the toner supply port 21 of the conveyance passage 20 to a toner discharge port 22 while stirring the toner, and has, at the toner discharge port 22 end, a reversely spiral stir vane 32 that conveys toner from the toner support port 21 of the conveyance passage 20 to a direction reverse to the direction of conveyance to the toner discharge port 22. The developer conveyance device has a bearing structure in which the outer peripheral face of the reversely spiral stir vane 32 is supported so as to be rotatable within the internal circumferential face of the conveyance passage 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
