<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification clock capable of warning of battery shutoff without fully leaving the remaining battery amount. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 10 detects battery voltage, detects a setting state of an alarm set switch 30, selects a threshold according to the detection result of the setting state based on thresholds V1 and V2 corresponding to the setting state, and warns of the battery shutoff based on the selected threshold and detected battery voltage.
