PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide face-to-face meeting guidance apparatuses, a positional information management apparatus, a meeting guidance system, and a meeting guidance method for making persons meet each other. SOLUTION: The present position information acquiring section 10 of a meeting guidance apparatus 1 acquires the present positional information (a) representing the present position of the guidance apparatus 1, and its transmitting means 17 transmits the position information (a) to a meeting guidance apparatus 2. The other apparatus position information acquisition section 28 of the guidance apparatus 2 acquires the positional information (a). Its present position information acquiring section 20 acquires the present positional information (b) representing the present position of the guidance apparatus 2, target position setting section 21 sets as a target position the position of the guidance apparatus 1 which the position information (a) represents, direction decision section 22 decides, from the target position and the present position of the guidance apparatus 2, which positional information (b) represents, a direction of moving toward the target position from this present position, and its control section 23 performs control for generating a force vector having this direction by a force vector generating section 24.
