PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output drive circuit for sufficiently suppressing the delay of a signal in a circumstance affected by the fluctuation of a power supply voltage or temperature or the variation of a process, and for sufficiently suppressing noise such as any unnecessary radiation. SOLUTION: This output drive circuit is provided with: an NAND gate 12 and an NOR gate 13 for not driving a high output buffer 200, and for driving a low output buffer 201 in a prescribed period since the start of the rising or falling of an output signal, and for driving the high output buffer 200 after the prescribed period; a delay circuit 7 for delaying and outputting an input signal only by a delay time corresponding to the prescribed period in order to determine the prescribed period; and a DLL circuit 8 for generating a control signal for controlling the delay time of the delay circuit 7 based on a cyclically changing prescribed clock signal.
