PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance moldability of a rib while preventing a stress from being concentrated in tube-width-directional both end parts of a tube. SOLUTION: Deformations of the tube-width-directional (Z-directional) both end parts of a tube insertion hole 221 is prevented by the rib 223, when a temperature difference is generated between the tubes, by overlapping the tube-width-directional (Z-directional) end part of the tube insertion hole 221 with the rib 223 when viewed along a tube-layered direction Y, and the stress is thereby prevented from being concentrated in the tube-width-directional (Z-directional) both end parts of the tube. The moldability of the rib 223 is also enhanced by shortening a tube-width-directional (Z-directional) length of the rib 223 shorter than a tube-width-directional (Z-directional) length of the tube insertion hole 221.
