PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe cooling equipment free from taking-fire of an inflammable refrigerant when applied with external pressure, even when using the inflammable refrigerant as a refrigerant for a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: This cooling/heating automatic vending machine having constitution sealed with the hydrocarbon inflammable refrigerant, in the refrigerating cycle connected by piping with a compressor 10, a condenser 11, an evaporator 6 and the like, is arranged with a hydrocarbon sensor 14 for detecting the inflammable refrigerant leaked in a main body 1 of the vending machine to turn off a heater in the main body 1, so as to prevent an accident exploded by the inflammable refrigerant from occurring in the cooling/heating vending machine.
