摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of working a hexagonal washer which has a high and low continuous wedge surface, a V-type vessel and a sharp fitting groove on its surface. SOLUTION: In this method, a flat arranged material belt is constructed between an upper die and a lower die with a plurality of frames and at least one continuous wedge surface, a sharp fitting groove and a V-shaped vessel are gradually formed with the upper and lower dies by technique such as pressing work and cold forging work on the upper and lower surfaces of the material belt. In this process, at least one inner hole is punched in the middle of the material belt, the inner hole is used for advance and normal position of the material belt. By punching a side remainder vessel between both inner holes, punching a left remainder vessel on the left side of the side remainder vessel and a right remainder vessel on the right side of the side remainder vessel, a hexagonal main body having the inner holes in the middle is formed on the material belt. Six continuous wedge surfaces are forged in the lower part of the main body with the lower die and at least one sharp fitting groove and the V-shaped vessel are formed with the upper die. The inner hole standard is formed by punching the inner holes having a large bore diameter in the middle of the main body. The principal external shape of the washer is downward pressed but the material belt is not separated perfectly. By performing cold-forging with the upper and lower dies and correcting into required dimensions and the degree of flatness and arrangement, the finishing work is carried out.
