PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray hybrid diagnosis system, eliminating extra X-ray photographing to lessen patient's burden by making clear the positional relationship between a two-dimensional fluoroscopic image obtained by an X-ray CR device and a tomographic image obtained by an X-ray CT device. SOLUTION: This X-ray hybrid diagnosis system includes: an X-ray photographing part 103 for applying X-rays to a patient from a first X-ray tube 127 to obtain a two-dimensional fluoroscopic image PI: an X-ray CT part 101 for applying X-rays to the patient from a second X-ray tube 125, collecting fluoroscopic projection data and performing image re-configuration to obtain a tomographic image TI; and a control part 50 for associating the positional information in a predetermined direction of the X-ray CT part with the two-dimensional fluoroscopic image obtained by the X-ray photographing part.
