PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for correcting a sitting position to correct the posture by correcting the inclination and distortion of the pelvis. SOLUTION: On a base of hard foam material, a second layer of the same material is arranged to form grooves. On a third layer, a thighbone support part A that is movable is installed. As a user sits on the thighbone support part, which is intentionally composed to separate the ischium and the thighbone, rising property of the ischium is acquired, so that forward inclination and distortion of the pelvis are corrected. As the user sits in a vertical position on the thighbone support part, where the ischium and the thighbone are guided to their correct position, rising property of the ischium is acquired, so that forward inclination and distortion of the pelvis can be corrected. Restoration of a vertical mechanism promotes restoration of natural muscle support force, resulting in well-balanced rising of the vertebra, thereby the user can continue working or studying in a correct posture for a long time.
