PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uncomfortable sense felt when a passenger gets off. SOLUTION: When a getting off switch is operated by the passenger and a temperature detected by an outside air temperature sensor is at a constant temperature (25°C) or higher, an outside air introduction port 94 is released by a switching damper 12 and a clearance between a getting off port duct 9d and a left side duct 9b is closed by a switching damper 13. An auxiliary fan 11 then mixes internal air from an internal air introduction port 92 with outside air from the outside air introduction port 94, and blows out it from a plurality of blowing ports 91 toward a getting off area 3a. Since the air temperature at the getting off area 3a is warmed as compared with the air temperature at the other area, temperature difference of the outside air temperature and the air temperature at the getting off area 3a is reduced.
