PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper arm capable of reducing the height of the wiper arm while achieving rock back to hold an arm part upright from a wiping surface. SOLUTION: A recess part 24 is provided as a rotating axis traversing part for an extension coil spring 41 to traverse a central axis line of a rotating axis 51 when the extension coil spring 41 latched with an arm head 11 and the arm part 12 shifts from a normal state in which the tip end of the arm part 12 is biased to a wiping surface side to a lock back state for holding the arm part upright from the wiping surface.
