PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to lower power consumption, and to simultaneously provide optimized control characteristics. SOLUTION: In a low speed mode, a directional valve 050 is closed which is disposed in a main line 050L of a low pressure section LPS for leading oil to a lubrication and cooling section LCS of the clutches of a DCT, and two outlets X, Y of a pump means 020 are operated at the same time so that the oil forcibly flows through a check valve 060 disposed in a first branch line 060L of the low pressure section that leads to a high pressure section. In a medium speed mode, on/off pilot pressure for the directional valve is generated, and an on/off valve 040 is operated which is disposed in a connection line 040L branching from the first branch line, to open the directional valve in a main line of the low pressure section LPS. In a high speed mode, the on/off valve of the directional valve is operated to keep the first outlet X of the pump means at a high pressure level and the second outlet Y of the pump means at a low pressure level.
