PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set and hold a hanging bolt 4 to a hanging bolt arrangement groove 3 stably by enabling the setting to the hanging bolt arrangement groove 3 from the lateral side of the hanging bolt 4, screwing and contacting with the almost semicircle part of the hanging bolt 4 at least two or more contacts.
