PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make complete absorption and accumulation of energy possible by making use of a mechanism of this invention into irregular natural motions. SOLUTION: A center core in a gravity center of a weight 1 passes through a diametral groove 5 of a rotary diametral plate 4, and the center core is assembled with a weight chain 3. An easy-riding vehicle can move one way at every half rotation of the diametral plate 4 on the basis of rotation of diametral sprockets 6 and 7 located on both ends of the diametral plate 4, and can reciprocate by one rotation of the diametral plate 4. A planetary gear 8 is firmly fixed with a rotary shaft common to a diametral sprocket 6, a large-sized external-toothed gear 15 of a large-sized gear plate mounted on a fixed frame and planetary gear 8 are engaged with each other by half rotation of the diametral plate 4, and the planetary gear 8 is engaged with a large-sized internal-toothed gear 16 of a larger-sized gear ring by the other half rotation of the diametral plate 4. The weight moves from one end of the diametral groove at the maximum radius distance to the other end of the diametral groove by the first half rotation, and the weight is returned to the first one end with its return move by next half rotation. The relationship between an rotation angle of the diametral plate and a position of the weight of the diametral groove can be calculated with an amount of shifted profiles between the large-sized external-toothed gear 15 and large-sized internal-toothed gear 16 engaged with the planetary gear 8, and designed values of mutual combinations.
