Process to manufacture a two-part composite plastic of soft and hard plastic with selective galvanized finish

In a process to manufacture a product in composite plastic form e.g. a toothbrush or screw cap, the core is a soft thermoplastic combination of a styrene-based elastomer und polyolefin prepared in an injection mould. After removal from the mould, the composite body is surface-finished by selective galvanization.
