The present invention provides a bended link plate; method for bending the link plate with is used to assemble a chain, especially a power transmission chain. The invention provides a link plate has the bending zone through which two sides are connected to from a angle between the two sides, like "v", "L" shape link plate, the bending zone is heated by an electronic inductor for a short time and then bended by a bending device. The bended link plate also has a resistance bar so as to prolong the lifetime of the bended link plate, which is formed during the bending procedure to bend the link plate. Using the method of the present invention can bend the link plate in a very short time without fewer environments contaminated.
