A hybrid capacitor is provided to obtain a large surface area and a high efficiency by having a positive live material of a nano particle size. A hybrid capacitor comprises an anode electrode(10), a cathode electrode(20), and electrolytes. The positive electrode includes an anode-active material. The negative electrode includes a cathode-active material. The compound has an electrolyte which exists between the cathode electrode and the negative electrode. The cathode-active material includes a reversible intercalation/deintercalation of lithium. The reversible intercalation/deintercalation compound of the lithium is a lithium complicated metal oxide material or lithium contained chalcogenide compound. The reversible intercalation/deintercalation compound of the lithium has at least one Ni, Co or Mn.
