<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club whose length can be controlled with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club consisting of a shaft and a head body formed with a shaft-fixing hole to which the end of the shaft is fixed. A collar member with which a position of the shaft relative to the shaft-fixing hole in the axial direction of the shaft can be fixed is fixed on the outer circumference of the end of the shaft. With this collar member, the shaft is detachably fixed to the shaft-fixing hole. The shaft-inserting hole of the golf club of the claim 1 has a bottom. The inserting-side edge of the collar member is fixed to the bottom with a bolt detachably in the axial direction of the shaft. An engaging protrusion is made on the outer circumference of the collar member.
