<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which suppresses waste of energy to effectively discharge moisture from a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises a supplying means for supplying reaction gas to a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, a water content acquiring means for acquiring water content of electrolyte membrane forming a fuel cell after stopping power generation of the fuel cell, and a control means for controlling the operation of the supplying means to intermittently supply the reaction gas for removing moisture in the fuel cell on the basis of the water content acquired by the water content acquiring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
