摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reliably preventing an illicit act such as issuing a certificate of PC data erasure completion without erasing magnetic data in a personal computer.

SOLUTION: This method comprises; a magnetic field processing means for applying the same magnetic field to an IC tag with a magnetic switch having a magnetic switch that is turned on when a magnetic field is applied, and a user information memory in which user information is stored beforehand, and to a storage device at the same time; a user information reading means for reading the user information from the user information memory in the IC tag with a magnetic switch in which the magnetic switch has been turned on by the application of the magnetic field; and a means for issuing a magnetic data erasing completion certificate for outputting a certificate showing that erasing of the data in the storage device has been completed based on the user information.
