<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively restrain toner from gathering to both ends of a developing roller, which has regular grooves in different inclined directions each other, even when the amount of the toner on the developing roller is regulated by a regulating blade. <P>SOLUTION: A groove overlap part 20c for grooves 22a and 22b formed in the different inclined directions each other is formed in the center area in a shaft direction of an all-groove forming part, and first and second inclined groove singly forming parts 20d and 20e comprising the groove 22a and 22b advancing to the groove overlap part 20c relative to the rotating directionαof the developing roller 20 are respectively formed in both end areas of the all-groove forming part. When the developing roller 20 on which the regulating blade 21 abuts rotates in the rotating directionα, toner particles move toward the groove overlap part 20c or right and left shaft ends and come to the first and the second inclined groove singly forming parts 20d and 20e, but they are made to move to the groove overlap part 20c by the first and the second inclined grooves 22a and 22b to be restrained from gathering to the right and the left shaft ends of the developing roller 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
