PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark plug capable of stably burning fuel. SOLUTION: This spark plug 10 is provided with a center electrode 52, an insulator 55, a plug housing 54, a ground electrode 53, and first to third spray control side posts 61-63. The insulator 55 holds the center electrode 52 with a tip 52a of the center electrode 52 exposed. The plug housing 54 houses the insulator 55 in its inside, has a plug pocket S between the circumference of the insulator 55 and itself with the insulator 55 housed in the inside, and formed into a tubular shape with the tip side of the center electrode 52 opened. The plug housing 54 has communication holes 57b making the inside and outside of the plug pocket S communicate with each other. The ground electrode 53 is arranged at a tip of the plug housing 54 and generate a spark between the center electrode 52 and itself.
