PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, with the configuration by which the top face of the part where the bubble tends to remain is formed in the shape of a slope and the bubble is moved to a bubble exhaust port provided in the topmost part using the buoyancy of the bubble, the bubble can not be exhausted unless a big gradient is provided, and a trouble occurs in the bubble exhausting when an ink goes into a dummy channel. SOLUTION: The top face of the flat first space 31A along with the filter longitudinal direction which is a space in the upstream of the filter 32 of a filter chamber 31, is formed as the slope 35 which inclines from one side of the direction of nozzle rows toward the other end side, namely toward the side corresponding to the exhaust port 34 from a feed port 33 side. The bubble exhaust port 36 facing the first space 31A, and used as a bubble exhaust path for exhausting the bubble is provided at the corresponding position in the upper part on the side opposite to the exhaust port 34 through the filter 32.
